Here to support you

We understand that support looks different for each person. For many people, not knowing who will show up to support them each day leads to uncertainty and stress.

At Embrace, we match you with a primary support professional, with the option of having one or more familiar support people to cover as needed to ensure consistency and reliability in your care.

Whether our team is helping you to implement systems that reduce executive functioning load, supporting you to learn new skills, or simply understanding your communication and sensory needs and preferences without having to explain them again and again, we are here to help make support simple and easy so you can focus on doing what is most meaningful to you.
