At Embrace, we match you with a primary support professional, with the option of having one or more familiar support people to cover as needed to ensure consistency and reliability in your care.

Know what to expect when you request our support services.
Step One:
Complete a referral form, request a call back or send us a short message about the supports you are interested in.
Step Two:
We will contact you by your preferred method to learn more about you or the person receiving support.
Request a specific support worker, or we can match you to a team member who we think might be a good fit.

We can arrange a short meet-and-greet with you support worker at a time and place that works for you.


Step Six:
Your support services are ready to begin.
If you are happy to go ahead, we provide you a service agreement so everyone understands what to expect.

Working together
Teams work best when they are working together. With your consent, your support team can collaborate so the care provided aligns with the recommendations developed with your allied health professionals. Whether our team is helping you to implement systems that reduce executive functioning load, supporting you to learn new skills, or simply understanding your communication and sensory needs and preferences without having to explain them again and again, we are here to help make support simple and easy so you can focus on doing what is most meaningful to you.

At Embrace Neurodiversity we are all about helping you learn the skills you need to be successful in your studies or at work. We offer a range of support services that can build up your job skills, confidence and independence so that you can be job ready.
Our team of tutors and mentors can assist you in achieving success at school by helping you organise your time and develop study skills. We also offer support in creating resumes, practising interviews, finding job opportunities, and managing work tasks.
